Las placas solares flexibles Carbest dan más energía que los módulos fotovoltaicos convencionales del mismo tamaño. Gracias a la superficie de ETFE de alta calidad con estructura de panal, hay un aumento significativo en el rendimiento en condiciones de crepúsculo y tiempo nublado. La tecnología especial de contacto posterior de las células solares permite radios de curvatura de hasta 20°.
Especialmente a altas temperaturas, el rendimiento es significativamente mayor a otras placas similares. Eso significa máxima eficiencia sin una caída en el rendimiento. El cable solar premontado acorta el tiempo de instalación y con una longitud de 6/8 m también es suficiente para la instalación en vehículos grandes. La flexibilidad superior a la media también hace que las placas Carbest sean ideales para el sector marítimo. Se requiere un controlador de carga MPP para su funcionamiento.
